Cancellation & Billing Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and data export work on OneClickClaw. It is straightforward and fair.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final
OneClickClaw does not offer refunds or free trials. When you subscribe, a dedicated server is immediately provisioned for you, incurring real infrastructure costs. Please review the plans and features carefully before subscribing.
Exceptions where a refund may be issued:
- Billing errors: If you were charged the wrong amount, charged twice, or charged after cancellation, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- Extended outage: If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) that was entirely within our control, we will issue a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
2. Monthly Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. To prevent unwanted charges, cancel your subscription before the next billing date. You can do this at any time from your dashboard.
3. Annual Billing
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a discounted rate (~20% savings). Annual plans renew automatically at the end of the 12-month period.
- No partial refunds: If you cancel an annual subscription mid-term, your service remains active until the end of the paid annual period. No refund is issued for the remaining months, unless required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
- Downgrade: You may downgrade your plan at any time. Stripe calculates a prorated credit which is applied to your next invoice.
4. ClawCrew Support Add-on
ClawCrew Support (€14.99/month) is a separate subscription item added to your existing hosting plan. It can be cancelled independently of your server subscription.
- Cancellation: Cancel from your Dashboard → ClawCrew page or via the Stripe Billing Portal. Your ClawCrew benefits (200 credits/month, live chat access) remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds: ClawCrew Support follows the same no-refund policy as hosting plans. Unused monthly credits do not carry over and are not refundable.
- Downgrade effect: When ClawCrew is cancelled, your monthly credit allocation reverts from 200 to 25 credits at the start of the next billing cycle.
5. Credit Packs
Credit packs are non-refundable
Credit Packs (€4.99 for 100 bonus credits) are one-time purchases, delivered instantly, and are non-refundable under any circumstances. Bonus credits never expire and remain on your account until used, even if you cancel your subscription.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
- If your account is terminated for AUP violations, any remaining bonus credits are forfeited.
- EU consumers: under Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (credits) once delivery has begun with your prior express consent, which is granted at the time of purchase.
6. How to Cancel
Cancelling is easy and designed to be friction-free. No phone calls, no retention specialists, no hidden steps.
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe Billing Portal.
- Click "Cancel Subscription".
- Done. One click.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. You paid for it, so you keep it.
- Your server continues to run normally until the period ends.
- After the period ends, your server will be stopped and scheduled for deletion.
- You have a 7-day grace period after expiry to export your data before permanent deletion.
- After the 7-day grace period, your server and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
7. Data Export Before Deletion
Before your subscription expires and your server is deleted, we recommend exporting any data you want to keep:
- OpenClaw configuration: Export your agent's configuration, conversation history, and channel settings from the OpenClaw dashboard on your server.
- Timeline: You have until the end of your billing period (while your server is still running) plus a 7-day grace window after that.

8. Non-Payment and Suspension
If a monthly payment fails:
- Stripe will retry the payment automatically over the next few days.
- We will send you an email notifying you of the failure and asking you to update your payment method.
- If payment continues to fail, your server will be suspended (stopped but not deleted).
- You can reactivate at any time by updating your payment method in the Stripe Billing Portal.
- After 30 days of suspension, your server will be permanently deleted.
9. Exceptions and Special Cases
- AUP violations: If your account is terminated for violating the Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback instead of requesting a refund through our process, your account will be immediately suspended and may be permanently terminated.
- Abuse: Refund requests that appear to be part of a pattern of abuse (e.g., repeatedly signing up and requesting refunds) may be denied.
10. Currency and Processing
- All refunds are processed in Euros (EUR).
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Currency conversion fees (if your bank converts EUR to your local currency) are not refundable, as they are charged by your bank, not by us.
