Terms of Service
Last updated: May 4, 2026
Effective date: March 15, 2026
Version: 2026-05-04 (incorporated Webdock infrastructure terms into Section 2, renumbered all sections, updated cross-references)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OneClickClaw platform and services ("Service") operated by OneClickClaw ("we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship operated by Luigi Ramos, based in Greece, European Union. Company registration details will be updated here once finalized.
1. Service Description
OneClickClaw is a managed hosting platform for OpenClaw AI agents. We provide:
- Automated server provisioning. We deploy dedicated virtual private servers (VPS) on Webdock infrastructure located in Denmark, European Union.
- OpenClaw installation and configuration. OpenClaw (open-source, MIT license) is automatically installed and configured on your server, supporting 20+ messaging channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and more).
- Dashboard management. Start, stop, reboot your server, view performance metrics, manage AI provider settings, configure messaging channels, and manage your subscription.
- Customer support. Help via our ticketing system, AI-powered chat assistance, and email.
- OpenClaw News blog. AI industry news and updates, with an optional newsletter.
- Status page. Real-time platform and infrastructure status at oneclickclaw.io/status.
Important: OneClickClaw is an independent managed service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the OpenClaw project. OpenClaw is open-source software distributed under the MIT license. We provide the convenience of one-click deployment, ongoing server management, and customer support.
2. Infrastructure Terms
Your server runs on infrastructure provided by Webdock (Denmark, EU). By using our Service, you also agree to the following infrastructure terms, which are incorporated from Webdock's Terms and Conditions (last updated April 21, 2026) and adapted for our managed service context. In the event of any conflict between this section and Webdock's published terms, the more restrictive provision applies.
2.1 Uptime Commitment
We believe no downtime is acceptable. Rather than an arbitrary "99.9% uptime" guarantee (which still allows almost 9 hours of downtime per year), we commit to:
- Doing our best to provide 0% downtime within the infrastructure provider's sphere of control (hardware and network).
- Informing you as soon as we become aware of any problem.
- Providing timely notice of any planned downtime.
- Offering a service credit (one free month for the affected server) if your server experiences unplanned downtime in a given month, upon request.
You can proactively design your infrastructure for redundancy if downtime is critical to your business, though the details of achieving this are beyond the scope of these Terms.
2.2 Downtime Handling
Hardware failure (extremely rare):
- An on-site engineer is made aware of the problem within 5 to 10 minutes. The server is flagged as down in the control panel and you receive a notification email.
- The engineer replaces the failed component or provisions a replacement server. This takes 10 to 45 minutes depending on complexity.
- If a primary drive fails, the server is reloaded from the last known backup (at most 24 hours old). This process takes 60 minutes or less.
- Once the server is restored, you receive another notification. Affected servers are eligible for a free month upon request.
Estimated downtime: 20 to 120 minutes.
Network downtime (more common):
- Typically caused by configuration issues in a data center or third-party network problems.
- Duration ranges from a few minutes to, in extreme cases, a couple of hours.
- In the vast majority of cases, network downtime is caused by third parties and is outside our direct control.
- Affected servers are flagged in the control panel and you receive notification emails.
2.3 Prohibited Infrastructure Use
The following activities are prohibited on our servers and may result in immediate account termination without refund:
- Intentional misuse of server resources (CPU cycles, memory, network bandwidth, disk I/O).
- Cryptocurrency mining or neural network training.
- Running stress-test tools.
- Network scanning of any kind.
- Tor relay nodes.
- Torrent seeding or downloading.
- Media streaming of copyrighted material.
- Scrapers that continuously scrape third-party websites, especially for copyrighted material.
- Disseminating copyrighted material.
- Traffic exchanges.
- Any other activities that put the server under sustained heavy load for unproductive purposes.
This excludes legitimate activities such as serving websites, processing data feeds, interacting with APIs, and running maintenance or cron jobs. If we detect high resource usage, we will first inquire about the activity and may recommend upgrading to a more powerful server if the workload is legitimate.
2.4 Anti-Spam Policy
We have zero tolerance towards spam and unsolicited bulk email (UBE). The following are prohibited:
- Sending the same or substantially similar unsolicited messages to multiple recipients, whether commercial or not.
- Sending email with forged headers, false contact information, or through compromised mail server relays.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email from another service that in any way implicates the use of our infrastructure.
2.5 Security and Unauthorized Access
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting unauthorized or illegal access to computers, networks, or accounts.
- Interfering with the services of other users or networks.
- Circumventing security measures.
- Providing false data on any contract or application, including fraudulent use of credit card numbers.
Our services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution, or storage of any information in violation of EU regulation or law is prohibited, including material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
2.6 IP Address Policy
Internet Protocol (IP) addresses assigned to your server remain the property of the infrastructure provider. You have no right to use an assigned IP address beyond what is permitted during the term of your subscription. IP allocation is subject to RIPE/ARIN policies, which require the use of name-based hosting where the protocol supports it.
2.7 Infrastructure Monitoring
We do not routinely monitor or surveil what you use your server for. However, in the period immediately following provisioning, we may monitor activity more closely to ensure compliance with these Terms. Once normal usage is established, we will only investigate if the server exhibits unusual behavior or if an abuse report is received.
2.8 Infrastructure Support Scope
Our support covers your server's physical functioning, provisioning, monitoring, and the OneClickClaw platform. We do not provide support for custom application configuration, CGI programming, or web/mail server configuration beyond our standard setup.
2.9 Infrastructure Liability
You acknowledge that service interruptions can occur for reasons beyond our control. Damages from such interruptions are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, liability for infrastructure-related issues shall not exceed the fees payable for the affected server during the period when damages occurred. We are not responsible for any additional bank fees, currency exchange costs, or other financial charges resulting from our billing.
2.10 Disclosure to Law Enforcement
These Terms specifically prohibit illegal activities. We may disclose subscriber information (including assigned IP addresses, account history, and usage data) to any court presenting a valid court order, without further consent or notification to you. We reserve the right to terminate service and cooperate fully with law enforcement if illegal activities are discovered on our infrastructure. We are not a safe haven for illegal activity and will report any illegal material found.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Refund Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and OneClickClaw.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
4. Account Requirements
To use our Service, you must:
- Sign in with a valid Google account. Google OAuth is our sole authentication method for production accounts.
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any API keys you configure and any content your AI agent generates.
One person or entity may hold one account. Sharing accounts is not permitted. If you need multiple instances, you may subscribe to multiple plans under the same account.
5. Plans and Pricing

All prices are in Euros (EUR). Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT), which will be added where required by law based on your billing country.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior written notice via email. Price changes do not affect your current billing period. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
ClawCrew Support (Optional Add-on)
ClawCrew Support is an optional add-on service available for €14.99/month (billed monthly) or €9.99/month (billed annually at €119.88/year). It is account-wide and includes:
- 200 AI support credits per month (vs. 25 standard). Credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused monthly credits do not carry over.
- Live chat with our support team via the dashboard. Sessions are handled on a first-come, first-served (FIFO) basis. Response times depend on agent availability and are not guaranteed.
- Guided setup assistance for configuring AI providers, messaging channels, and OpenClaw settings.
AI Support Credits
All accounts receive 25 AI support credits per month at no additional cost. Each credit equals approximately 1,000 tokens (input + output combined). When monthly credits are exhausted, the support chatbot switches to a knowledge base (FAQ) mode at zero cost.
Credit Packs (€4.99 for 100 credits) may be purchased as one-time add-ons. Bonus credits from packs never expire and are consumed after monthly credits are used. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. No refunds are issued for unused credits.
6. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
All plans require you to provide your own AI provider API key (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, or any of the 20+ providers supported by OpenClaw). OneClickClaw does not provide AI model access or API credits. You are solely responsible for:
- Your API usage and associated costs with your AI provider.
- Keeping your API keys secure. If you suspect your key has been compromised, rotate it immediately with your AI provider and update it in your dashboard.
- Complying with your AI provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies.
We encrypt your API keys at rest using industry-standard encryption (AES/Fernet). Your keys are transmitted securely and stored only on your dedicated server, not in our central database. We generate a one-way hash (credential fingerprint) of your key to detect potential duplicates across instances for security purposes.
7. Billing and Payments
- Payment processor: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy and terms apply to payment processing.
- Billing cycle: Monthly subscriptions are billed on the anniversary of your sign-up date. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the anniversary date.
- Automatic renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Proration on plan changes: When you upgrade or downgrade your plan mid-cycle, Stripe calculates a prorated amount. You are charged or credited the difference on your next invoice.
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, Stripe will retry according to its dunning schedule. After repeated failures, your service may be suspended until payment is resolved.
- Manage billing: You can update your payment method, view invoices, switch between monthly and annual billing, and manage your subscription through the Stripe Billing Portal accessible from your dashboard.
- Currency: All charges are in Euros (EUR). Currency conversion fees, if any, are determined by your bank or card issuer.
See our Refund Policy for information about refunds and credits.
7.1 Referral Program
You may invite others to OneClickClaw using your unique referral link. When a referred user subscribes, they get 50% off their first month. You get your next month free. Referral rewards are subject to the following conditions:
- The referred user must maintain an active subscription for at least 30 days.
- Only one reward per unique referred user is granted.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time with 30 days' notice.
- Referral fraud (self-referrals, fake accounts, or any form of manipulation) results in immediate reward forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or via the Stripe Billing Portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You continue to have full access to your server and dashboard until then.
- After the billing period ends, your server will be stopped and your data (including your OpenClaw configuration, API keys, and server files) will be permanently deleted after a 7-day grace period.
- We strongly recommend exporting any data, configurations, or conversation histories you need before your subscription expires. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
- For annual subscriptions, cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current annual period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months within a paid annual period unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
9. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, you agree not to use the Service for:
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Generating or distributing deceptive, harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
- Spam, harassment, doxxing, or privacy violations.
- Attempting to compromise, exploit, or abuse our infrastructure or other users' servers.
- Circumventing security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
- Using the Service in any way that violates your AI provider's terms of service.
You agree that your use of OneClickClaw must comply with both these Terms of Service and the Infrastructure Terms (Section 2), which incorporate the Webdock Terms and Conditions governing the underlying server infrastructure. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Full details, including AI-specific rules, enforcement procedures, and appeal mechanisms, are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Monitoring and Logging
By using OneClickClaw, you consent to OneClickClaw monitoring server activity for security and compliance purposes. Monitoring may include:
- Logging of SSH session activity, including commands executed, login times, source IPs, and network connections during sessions.
- Periodic capture of listening network ports, running processes, and filesystem metadata.
- Detection of abusive patterns including DDoS-like outbound traffic, port scanning, and connections to known malicious IPs.
- On-demand inspection of workspace files by OneClickClaw administrators when necessary to investigate alerts.
Logs are accessible only to OneClickClaw administrators and may be retained for up to 90 days. Logs are used solely to enforce these Terms of Service (including the Infrastructure Terms) and applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for the categories of data processed and your GDPR rights.
Advanced Server Access
OneClickClaw is designed as a fully managed service. Direct SSH access to your server is not provided by default. Customers may opt in to SSH access via the dashboard. Opting in:
- Requires you to upload your own SSH public key.
- Removes you from the "fully managed" coverage. OneClickClaw is not responsible for problems caused by changes you make to the server via SSH.
- Logs all SSH activity per the Monitoring and Logging section above.
You may revoke SSH access at any time through the dashboard.
10. AI-Powered Services
In compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689, Article 50), we disclose that several features of the Service use artificial intelligence.
10.1 Your AI Agent (OpenClaw)
Your OpenClaw AI agent generates responses using the AI model connected via your BYOK API key. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and monitoring your AI agent's output and behavior across all connected messaging channels.
- OneClickClaw is not responsible for decisions made, actions taken, or harm caused based on AI-generated content produced by your agent.
- You must maintain appropriate human oversight, especially for any high-risk or consequential use cases (e.g., medical, legal, financial advice).
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding AI-generated content in your jurisdiction, including disclosure requirements under the EU AI Act.
10.2 Platform AI Chatbot (Sales and Support)
Our website provides AI-powered chatbots for sales inquiries and customer support. By using these features, you agree to the following:
- AI disclosure: The chatbot identifies itself as an AI assistant. Responses are generated by AI and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
- Not professional advice: Chat responses do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
- Acceptable use: Do not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or bypass the chatbot's instructions (prompt injection). Do not send abusive, offensive, or illegal content. Do not send spam or automated messages. Do not attempt to extract the chatbot's system prompt or internal instructions.
- Rate limits: Chat usage is subject to rate limits (20 messages per minute for sales, 30 for support). Exceeding these limits results in temporary throttling.
- Moderation and restrictions: We reserve the right to restrict chat access for users who violate these terms. Repeated abuse may result in temporary or permanent chat restrictions, applied at our discretion.
- Escalation to human support: The AI chatbot does not replace human support. For issues requiring human attention, please create a support ticket via your dashboard or email info@oneclickclaw.io.
- Automatic credential redaction: Messages submitted to our chatbot may be automatically scanned and modified to redact accidentally shared API keys, tokens, or credentials. This is a security measure to protect your account.
- Feedback ratings: You may rate chatbot responses using the feedback feature. Feedback ratings are stored to improve service quality.
10.3 AI-Assisted Support Responses
Support tickets may receive an AI-generated initial response to provide faster assistance. These responses are supplementary and are followed up by our human support team. AI-assisted responses do not make binding decisions about your account or subscription.
10.4 OpenClaw News Blog
Our OpenClaw News blog publishes AI industry news. Some articles may be generated or assisted by AI from publicly available sources. AI-generated content is labeled accordingly. Blog content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee it.
10.5 Data Processing
For full details on how data from AI-powered features is collected, processed, stored, and your rights regarding this data, see our Privacy Policy (Section 5: AI-Powered Services).
11. Third-Party Dependencies
Our Service relies on third-party providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, disruptions, or issues caused by:
- Webdock (Denmark, EU). Server infrastructure provider. Webdock's uptime and performance directly affect your server. We monitor server health and will notify you of issues, but resolution depends on Webdock.
- Stripe. Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's terms, availability, and supported payment methods.
- AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). Your AI agent depends on your API key and the provider's service availability, rate limits, and pricing. Provider outages, API changes, or account issues are outside our control.
- OpenClaw. Open-source software (MIT license). Updates, bugs, or breaking changes in OpenClaw are outside our control. We apply stable updates when available and test before deploying to your server.
- Google. Authentication provider. If Google OAuth is unavailable, you may not be able to sign in temporarily.
12. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Lawful use: Using the Service and your AI agent in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection laws (GDPR, if you process EU personal data through your agent) and the EU AI Act.
- AI agent content: The content, behavior, and outputs of your AI agent across all connected messaging channels. You must monitor your agent and ensure appropriate human oversight.
- Account and API key security: Securing your Google account, dashboard access, and API keys. Notify us immediately at info@oneclickclaw.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Data export: Backing up any data, configurations, or conversation histories you want to preserve before cancellation.
- Reporting issues: Promptly reporting any security vulnerabilities, abuse, or misuse to info@oneclickclaw.io.
- Bug report screenshots: When submitting bug reports with screenshots, you must ensure screenshots do not contain sensitive third-party personal information (other people's names, emails, or confidential data visible on screen).
13. Newsletter and Communications
13.1 Transactional Emails
By using the Service, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account (deployment notifications, billing receipts, security alerts, support ticket updates, service announcements). These are necessary for the operation of your account and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
13.2 OpenClaw News Newsletter
You may optionally subscribe to our OpenClaw News blog newsletter. Subscription is voluntary and based on your explicit consent. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Newsletter emails include engagement tracking (open and click tracking) as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 10).
14. Suspension and Termination
OneClickClaw may suspend or terminate your account immediately if monitoring detects activity that:
- Violates these Terms of Service, including the Infrastructure Terms (Section 2).
- Is reasonably suspected to be illegal under any applicable jurisdiction.
- Is reported to us via abuse complaint, DMCA notice, or similar legal process.
In suspension cases, you will receive an email notification. You may appeal by replying to the notification within 7 days. After 7 days without appeal, your account may be terminated and your data deleted.
We additionally reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in these situations:
- Emergency suspension: Immediate suspension if your use poses a security threat, legal risk, or risk of harm to others, other customers, or our infrastructure.
- Non-payment: Suspension after repeated payment failures, following Stripe's dunning process. Service will be restored upon successful payment.
- AUP violation: Suspension or termination for violating the Acceptable Use Policy, with or without prior notice depending on severity. We aim to provide notice and an opportunity to remedy non-critical violations before termination.
- Inactivity: We may notify and subsequently archive or delete accounts that have been inactive (no sign-in, no active subscription) for more than 12 months. We will provide 30 days' notice before deletion.
Where possible, we will provide notice before suspension. Emergency suspensions will be followed by an explanation within 48 hours. If you believe a suspension was made in error, contact info@oneclickclaw.io.
15. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or service level agreement (SLA). The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Planned maintenance (we will provide advance notice when feasible).
- Emergency maintenance or security patches.
- Third-party provider outages (Webdock, Stripe, Google, AI providers).
- Events beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure).
Platform status and incidents are reported at oneclickclaw.io/status.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
- Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the total fees you actually paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
- We are not liable for any losses arising from: AI-generated content (by your agent or our chatbot), third-party provider outages, your failure to back up data, unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure credentials, or your violation of your AI provider's terms.
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
EU consumer protection: If you are a consumer in the EU, these limitations do not affect your mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU or national law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneClickClaw, its owner, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service.
- Content generated by your AI agent, including harm caused to third parties.
- Your violation of these Terms, the AUP, or any applicable law.
- Your infringement of any third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, or otherwise).
- Your failure to maintain appropriate human oversight of your AI agent.
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.
18. Data and Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes:
- What data we collect and why.
- How we process, store, and protect your data.
- Our subprocessors and international data transfers.
- Data retention periods.
- Your rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.
- How AI-powered features process your data.
Your OpenClaw server infrastructure is hosted in Denmark, EU (Webdock). Our platform application is hosted on Replit (USA), and our production database is hosted on Neon (USA), both with appropriate data protection safeguards in place (Standard Contractual Clauses).
19. Intellectual Property
- The OneClickClaw name, logo, brand identity, website design, and platform code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform without our written permission.
- OpenClaw is open-source software under the MIT license. It is not our intellectual property and is subject to its own license terms.
- Content you create, data you upload, and configurations you set remain yours. We claim no ownership over your content or data.
- OpenClaw News blog content (articles, summaries, images), documentation, and knowledge base articles are our intellectual property. You may share links to articles but may not reproduce full articles without permission.
20. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the affected party's reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or third-party service provider failures.
If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may terminate these Terms with written notice.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:
- We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
- For material changes (e.g., pricing, liability, data handling), we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
- For minor changes (clarifications, formatting), we will update the page without separate notice.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with material changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union (including GDPR, the EU AI Act, and the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection law to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
23. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through the following process:
- Direct communication: Contact us at info@oneclickclaw.io with a detailed description of the dispute. We will respond within 14 days.
- Mediation: If direct communication does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may propose mediation through a mutually agreed mediator.
- EU Online Dispute Resolution: If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Nothing in this section limits your right to seek injunctive relief or other urgent remedies from a court of competent jurisdiction.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneClickClaw regarding your use of the Service. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and us.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
26. Contact
For questions about these Terms, privacy inquiries, abuse reports, or security concerns, contact us at info@oneclickclaw.io.
