Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your OneClickClaw subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment period on monthly plans.

Cancellation process

Go to the Billing page

Open your dashboard and click Billing & Subscription in the sidebar.

Click Cancel

On the Billing page, click the Cancel Subscription button. You are asked to confirm your decision.

After you confirm, your subscription is marked for cancellation at the end of the current billing period. You are not charged again.

Your subscription will end on [date]. Your server and all data will be permanently deleted after this date.

What happens after cancellation

Cancellation is graceful. Your service continues to run normally until the end of your current billing period. Your agent stays online, channels remain connected, and you retain full access to your dashboard. No functionality is removed early.

Once the billing period expires, your dedicated server is automatically deleted. This means:

  • The VPS is shut down and removed from the datacenter.
  • Your OpenClaw instance, agent configuration, and conversation logs are permanently deleted.
  • Connected channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord) are disconnected. The bots stop responding.
  • Your API key is securely wiped from the server.

Warning

Once your billing period ends after cancellation, your server and all data are permanently deleted. Export any data you need before the cancellation date.

Refund policy

OneClickClaw does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. You are never charged for a period you did not use.

For annual plans, cancellation stops renewal at the end of the 12-month term. The remaining months within your paid year are fully honored, and no partial refund is issued for unused months.

Note

If you cancelled but want to come back, simply log in and deploy a new agent through the Deploy Wizard. Your account details are still on file, so you do not need to create a new account.
