You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrading gives your server more resources (CPU, RAM, storage) and unlocks higher support tiers. Downgrading reduces resources and adjusts your billing accordingly.
How to upgrade
Go to the Billing page
Open your dashboard and click Billing & Subscription in the sidebar.
Click "Manage Subscription"
On the Billing page, click Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you manage your plan.
Select a new plan
In the Stripe Portal, choose the plan you want to upgrade to and confirm. Stripe applies the change immediately and prorates your billing.

Prorated billing
When you upgrade mid-cycle, Stripe calculates the difference between what you have already paid for the current period and what the new plan costs. You only pay the difference for the remaining days. From the next cycle onward, you are charged the full new plan price.
Note
For example, if you upgrade from Starter (EUR 14.99) to Hobbyist (EUR 25.99) halfway through the month, you pay roughly EUR 5.50 for the remaining half, not the full EUR 25.99.
How to downgrade
Downgrading follows the same process: go to Billing & Subscription > Manage Subscription and select a lower tier in the Stripe Portal. The key difference is that downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, not immediately. You continue to enjoy your current plan's resources until the paid period expires.
Warning
Downgrading reduces your server resources (CPU, RAM, storage). Make sure your agent workload fits the lower tier before you downgrade. Check your current resource usage on the Server Details page.
Tip
You can see pending plan changes on the Billing page. A banner shows the scheduled change and the date it takes effect.
