What you need before deploying
The Deploy Wizard guides you through creating a new AI agent server from start to finish. Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A OneClickClaw account. Sign in at
oneclickclaw.iousing Google Sign-In. See Creating Your Account if you have not done this yet. - A credit or debit card. You complete payment through Stripe during the deploy flow. We accept all major cards.
- A name for your instance. Something descriptive like "Customer Support Bot" or "Community Agent." This is for your reference only.
Warning
Your subscription starts immediately after checkout. There is no trial period. Make sure you have selected the right plan before completing payment. If you need to change plans later, you can do so from your dashboard at any time.
Step 1: Name your instance
From your dashboard, click the Deploy New Agent button. If this is your first time, you also see a prominent call-to-action on the empty dashboard.
The first screen asks you to name your instance. This name is for your reference only. It appears in your dashboard and helps you identify the deployment. It does not affect how your agent works or what your users see. You can use letters, numbers, spaces, and common punctuation. Keep it short and descriptive.

Tip
Choose a name that helps you remember what the agent does, especially if you plan to have multiple deployments in the future. "Acme Support Bot" is more useful than "My Agent" when you have three agents running.
Step 2: Select your tier
After naming your instance, you choose your plan. You see three tier cards side by side, each showing the monthly price, server specifications, support level, and a brief description of who the plan is best for.
Starter
EUR 14.99/mo (EUR 12.49 annual)
2 vCPU | 4 GB RAM | 15 GB SSD
AI-Powered Support (25 credits/mo)

Hobbyist
EUR 25.99/mo (EUR 20.99 annual)
4 vCPU | 8 GB RAM | 25 GB SSD
AI-Powered Support (25 credits/mo)
[Select]
Pro
EUR 49.99/mo (EUR 39.99 annual)
8 vCPU | 16 GB RAM | 50 GB SSD
AI-Powered Support (25 credits/mo)
[Select]
Click the Select button on the tier you want. If you are not sure, start with Starter. You can upgrade later from your dashboard at any time, and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle. For a detailed comparison of all tiers, see Choosing a Plan.
You also choose between monthly and annual billing on this screen. Annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to monthly.
Note
All tiers run on the same EU infrastructure (Denmark, AMD EPYC, DDR5, NVMe). The difference is the amount of CPU, RAM, and storage allocated to your server, plus the support response time.
Step 3: Stripe checkout
After selecting your tier, you are redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page. This page shows your order summary (plan name, price, billing frequency) and a payment form. Enter your credit or debit card details and click Pay.

[Pay EUR 14.99] — Secured by Stripe
Stripe handles all payment processing. We never see or store your card details. Once payment is confirmed, you are automatically redirected back to OneClickClaw and provisioning begins.
Note
If your payment fails (insufficient funds, expired card), Stripe shows an error message on the checkout page. You can try again with a different card. No server is created until payment succeeds.
Step 4: Watch provisioning
After successful payment, you land on the provisioning page. Your dedicated server is being created, configured, and secured in the background. A real-time progress tracker shows you each step:
✓ Creating server
VPS created in Denmark datacenter | ~2 minutes
⟳ Installing software
Ubuntu, Node.js, OpenClaw, Nginx, SSL | ~2 minutes
○ Configuring agent
Starting OpenClaw, enabling monitoring | ~1 minute
○ Ready
Server online, Onboarding Wizard launches
Each step shows a spinner while in progress, a green checkmark when complete, and a gray circle when waiting. The entire process typically takes about 5 minutes. You can stay on the page and watch, or close the tab and come back later. Your deployment continues regardless.
When provisioning completes, you are automatically taken to the Onboarding Wizard to finish configuring your agent. For a detailed explanation of what happens at each provisioning step, see What Happens During Provisioning.
Tip
Do not refresh the page during provisioning. It will not speed things up and you may lose the visual progress (though the deployment itself continues safely in the background).
If deployment fails
Deployment failures are rare, but they can happen due to temporary infrastructure issues. If your deployment does not complete within 15 minutes, here is what to do:
- Check your dashboard. Navigate to the Overview page and look at the server status indicator. If it shows "Provisioning," the deployment is still running. Give it a few more minutes.
- Look for a retry option. If the deployment fails outright, the page displays an error message with a Retry button. Clicking it restarts the provisioning process from scratch on a fresh server.
- Contact support. If the retry also fails, reach out to our support team. We can see the exact step where provisioning stalled and resolve it manually. You are never charged for a server that fails to deploy.
Note
If a deployment fails, your subscription remains active. We will complete the deployment manually or work with you to resolve the issue promptly. You are never left paying for a server that does not work.
