ClawCrew is your AI-powered support team, available 24/7 directly from your dashboard. It can diagnose server issues, manage channels, check billing, and perform dozens of other tasks without you needing to open a support ticket or wait for a human response.

What is ClawCrew?

ClawCrew is an AI support assistant built into your OneClickClaw dashboard. Unlike a basic chatbot that can only answer questions, ClawCrew has tools — it can actually perform actions on your account and servers. Think of it as a support engineer who never sleeps, knows your entire configuration, and can fix most issues in seconds.

ClawCrew is powered by advanced AI models and has deep knowledge of the OneClickClaw platform, your server configuration, subscription details, and channel setup. It uses a credit-based system so you always know exactly what you're using.

ClawCrew has access to 30 specialized tools grouped into categories. Each tool costs one credit per use.

Channel Tools (4)

  • Check Channel Status: Verify if a specific channel (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp) is connected and responding.
  • Reconnect Channel: Attempt to re-establish a dropped channel connection automatically.
  • List Channels: Show all connected channels with their current status and last activity.
  • Test Channel Message: Send a test message through a channel to verify end-to-end delivery.

Diagnostics Tools (3)

  • Run Health Check: Perform a comprehensive server health check including CPU, RAM, disk, and agent responsiveness.
  • Fetch Server Logs: Retrieve recent server logs to diagnose errors or unexpected behavior.
  • Generate Diagnostic Bundle: Create a full diagnostic snapshot that can be shared with human support if escalation is needed.

How to Activate ClawCrew

ClawCrew is a premium add-on that requires a separate subscription from your server hosting plan.

  • Look for the gold ClawCrew button in your dashboard sidebar. It's labeled with the ClawCrew icon and appears below the main navigation.
  • Click the button to open the ClawCrew subscription page with plan details and pricing.
  • Complete the Stripe checkout to activate your ClawCrew subscription instantly.
  • Once activated, the sidebar button opens the ClawCrew chat panel where you can start asking questions and running tools immediately.

Tip

ClawCrew is independent from your server hosting plan. You can subscribe to ClawCrew on any hosting tier, and canceling one does not affect the other.

Credit System

ClawCrew uses a credit system to manage usage. Every tool invocation costs one credit, and regular chat messages (without tool use) are free.

  • 200 credits per month included with every ClawCrew subscription.
  • Auto-accumulate: Unused credits roll over to the next month, so you never lose what you don't use.
  • Buy more: If you run out of credits mid-month, you can purchase additional credit packs directly from the ClawCrew panel.
  • Usage tracking: Your current credit balance is always visible in the ClawCrew chat panel header.

Note

Credits reset on your billing cycle date, not on the 1st of the month. Accumulated credits from previous months persist as long as your subscription is active.

Human Backup

ClawCrew is designed to handle the vast majority of support requests autonomously, but it knows its limits. When ClawCrew encounters an issue it cannot resolve, it will:

  • Clearly tell you that the issue requires human attention and explain why.
  • Automatically create a support ticket with all the diagnostic context it has gathered during your conversation.
  • Hand off to the support team so a human engineer can pick up where ClawCrew left off, without you repeating anything.

You can also manually request human escalation at any time by telling ClawCrew you want to speak with a human. It will never block you from reaching the support team.

Tip
