Why Webdock Terms matter
OneClickClaw runs on dedicated VPS instances provided by Webdock, an EU-based infrastructure provider in Denmark. As an end user, your activity on the server is governed by our Terms of Service, which include the Infrastructure Terms (Section 2) incorporating Webdock's Terms and Conditions. Violating these Terms can lead to suspension or termination of your account.
Key rules at a glance
These are the infrastructure rules most relevant to OneClickClaw customers, as detailed in Section 2 of our Terms of Service. This is a summary for orientation.
- No outbound abuse: no port scanning, no DDoS-shaped traffic, no spam, no brute-force attacks.
- No hosting of unlawful content under Greek, Danish, or EU law. That includes malware distribution, phishing, CSAM, and pirated copyrighted material (Nintendo ROMs being a frequent real-world example).
- No cryptocurrency mining without an explicit, separately negotiated agreement.
- No services that the Webdock policies forbid even when otherwise legal (TOR exit nodes, public open relays).
OneClickClaw vs Webdock responsibilities
Think of it like renting a flat in a building:
- Webdock owns the building (the physical hardware, the network, the data centre). Their Terms cover what you may not do anywhere in the building.
- OneClickClaw manages your specific flat (your VPS: provisioning, OpenClaw setup, monitoring, support). Our Terms cover the OneClickClaw service itself.
- You are responsible for what happens inside the flat, especially once you have keys (SSH access).
Where to read the full Infrastructure Terms
The Webdock Terms and Conditions have been incorporated into our own Terms of Service (Section 2: Infrastructure Terms). When you sign up for OneClickClaw you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms. If anything is unclear, email info@oneclickclaw.io before deploying anything.
