OneClickClaw monitors all platform services around the clock. If you suspect something is not working correctly, use this article to check the current status and report issues.
How to check platform status
- Status page: Visit status.oneclickclaw.io for real-time information on platform availability, ongoing incidents, and scheduled maintenance.
- Dashboard indicators: Your dashboard shows your server's status directly. The server status indicator (green, amber, red) tells you whether your specific VPS is healthy.
- Event Viewer: The Event Viewer on your Overview page shows real-time events including any errors or warnings affecting your server.
Server issue vs. platform issue
It is important to distinguish between a problem with your individual server and a platform-wide issue:
| Symptom | Likely Cause | What to Do |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard loads, server shows offline | Issue with your specific VPS | See Server Offline |
| Dashboard does not load at all | Platform-wide issue | Check status.oneclickclaw.io |
| Agent not responding, server is online | API key or channel issue | See Agent Not Responding |
| Multiple users reporting issues | Possible platform or provider issue | Check status page and provider status |
Note
Most server issues are isolated to individual VPS instances, not platform-wide. If your dashboard loads normally but your server is affected, the issue is likely specific to your VPS.
Reporting an issue
If you are experiencing a problem that is not reflected on the status page, let us know:
- Open a support ticket from your dashboard (fastest response).
- Email info@oneclickclaw.io with a description and when the issue started.
- Include a diagnostic bundle if your server is affected (download from your dashboard).
Tip
Before reporting, check the Agent Not Responding guide. Many issues can be resolved with the self-service diagnostic steps described there.
