Danger Zone — Account Deletion
Account information
The top of the Settings page displays your account details: your name and email address, both pulled from your Google account during sign-in. Your email is used for all OneClickClaw communications, including billing receipts, deployment confirmations, and incident alerts.
You can update your display name directly from the Settings page. To change your email address, update it in your Google account settings first, and it will sync on your next sign-in. Your profile avatar is pulled from your Google profile photo automatically.
Google OAuth and security
OneClickClaw uses Google OAuth for authentication, so there is no separate OneClickClaw password to manage. Your login security is tied directly to your Google account. This means:
- No password to remember: You sign in with your Google account every time. There is no "forgot password" flow because there is no password.
- Enable 2FA on Google: Enabling two-factor authentication on your Google account at accounts.google.com is strongly recommended. This adds an extra layer of security to your OneClickClaw access.
- Revoking access: You can revoke OneClickClaw's access to your Google account at any time through your Google security settings. This will log you out of OneClickClaw.
Tip
If you need to change which Google account you use for OneClickClaw, contact support. Account migration between Google accounts requires manual assistance to preserve your servers and subscriptions.
Notification preferences
The Notification Preferences section lets you control which emails you receive from OneClickClaw. Notifications are grouped into categories, and you can toggle each one independently:
- Deployment notifications: Alerts when your server finishes provisioning, restarts, or encounters a deployment error.
- Billing notifications: Payment confirmations, failed payment alerts, and upcoming renewal reminders.
- Health alerts: Notifications when a health check fails or your server experiences downtime.
- Product updates: Announcements about new features, platform improvements, and maintenance windows.
Note
Critical alerts (server down, payment failed) are always sent regardless of your preferences, because they require immediate attention. You cannot disable these notifications.
Account deletion
If you want to permanently delete your OneClickClaw account, you can initiate the process from the bottom of the Settings page. Account deletion is irreversible and will:
- Cancel all active subscriptions immediately.
- Delete all servers and their data (conversation logs, configuration, memory files).
- Remove your account information from our systems.
Before deleting your account, make sure you have exported any data you need and that you understand the consequences. If you have an active annual subscription, the remaining prepaid time is forfeited.
Warning
Account deletion cannot be undone. Cancel your subscriptions through the Billing page first if you want to keep your account but stop paying. Only delete your account if you are certain you no longer need access to any OneClickClaw services or data.
