Current plan display
At the top of the Billing page, you see your current plan displayed prominently. The card shows the tier name (Starter, Hobbyist, or Pro), a green pulsing dot with "Online" status, and the monthly price. Below the tier name, a compact line summarizes the hardware specs included in your plan (CPU cores, RAM, storage). The server's IP address appears in monospace font for quick reference.
Next billing date
The plan card displays your next billing date, so you always know when your next payment is due. If you are on an annual plan, the page also shows how many months remain in your current billing cycle. If the next billing date is not available from Stripe (for example, during initial setup), the page calculates it from your account creation date plus one month as a fallback.
Note
You can expand a Server Specs dropdown on the plan card to see the full hardware breakdown for your tier, including CPU type, RAM allocation, NVMe storage, and bandwidth allowance.
Managing your subscription
To upgrade or downgrade your plan, click the "Change Plan" button on the Billing page. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal, a secure, hosted page where you can:
- Upgrade: Move to a higher tier. The upgrade takes effect on your next billing cycle. Your server is migrated to a higher-spec VPS with more CPU, RAM, and storage. Your agent configuration, channels, and data are preserved during the migration.
- Downgrade: Move to a lower tier. Also takes effect on your next billing cycle. Make sure your current resource usage fits within the lower plan's limits before downgrading, or the migration may cause performance issues.
- Cancel: End your subscription. See the Cancellation & Refunds article for full details.
Tip
Check the Server Details page before downgrading. If your current CPU or RAM usage regularly exceeds what the lower plan offers, downgrading will likely result in degraded performance.
Invoice history
The Invoice History section lists every invoice generated for your account, sorted by date (most recent first). Each entry shows:
- The invoice date and billing period it covers.
- The amount charged and currency (EUR).
- The payment status (paid, pending, or failed).
- A link to download the invoice as a PDF for your records.
Invoices are generated automatically by Stripe, our payment processor. You also receive a copy of each invoice by email to the address associated with your Google account. For a complete breakdown of available plans and pricing, see Plans & Pricing.
Payment method management
The Payment Methods section shows the card currently on file for your subscription (displayed as the card brand and last four digits). You can update your card at any time by clicking "Update Payment Method," which opens the secure Stripe Customer Portal. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Warning
If a payment fails (for example, due to an expired card), you receive an email notification. Update your payment method promptly to avoid service interruption. Stripe automatically retries failed payments before suspending the subscription.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page through the Stripe Customer Portal. Here is what happens:
- Your server stays active until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel on day 10 of a monthly cycle, your agent continues running until day 30. You have already paid for that time.
- After the billing period ends, your server is decommissioned. The VPS is deleted, along with all data on it (conversation logs, agent configuration, memory files).
- No partial refunds are issued. Because you retain full access until the end of the period, there is no prorated refund for unused time.
Warning
Server deletion after cancellation is permanent. If you think you may want to return, export any data you need (conversation logs, system prompt text) before the billing period ends. There is no recovery once the server is deleted. For full details, see Cancellation & Refunds.
