Diagnostic Bundle

Last updated: March 2026

A diagnostic bundle is a ZIP file that contains server logs, agent logs, health check results, and a sanitized configuration summary from your OneClickClaw server. It gives our support team the information they need to diagnose and resolve issues quickly, without requiring direct access to your server.

What it contains

  • Server logs: Operating system logs covering recent events, service start/stop records, and error messages.
  • Agent logs: OpenClaw process logs including startup output, runtime warnings, and crash reports (if any).
  • Health check results: Recent health check outputs showing whether the agent and its dependencies are responding correctly.
  • Configuration summary (sanitized): A summary of your server configuration (software versions, enabled services, network settings). API keys and credentials are automatically stripped before packaging.

Note

The diagnostic bundle never includes your API keys. Sensitive data is automatically redacted. You can open the ZIP file and inspect its contents before sharing it with anyone.

Download Diagnostic Bundle (ZIP, typically 10-30 seconds to generate)

How to download

You download a diagnostic bundle directly from your dashboard:

1

Go to Server Details

Navigate to your server's details page by clicking on the server card in your dashboard.

2

Click "Download Diagnostic Bundle"

Find the Download Diagnostic Bundle button in the server actions section and click it.

3

Wait for the download

The system collects and packages the relevant files from your server. This typically takes 10 to 30 seconds. A ZIP file saves to your browser's default download location.

When to use it

Download a diagnostic bundle when:

  • Your agent is not responding and a restart did not fix the issue.
  • You experience repeated errors or unexpected behavior.
  • Support asks you to provide diagnostic information.
  • You want to capture a snapshot of your server's state before making changes.

Tip

Always download a diagnostic bundle before contacting support. Including the ZIP file with your support request helps us resolve your issue significantly faster, often in one reply instead of a back-and-forth exchange.

For common issues that the diagnostic bundle can help resolve, see Agent Not Responding and Server Offline.
