Your dashboard displays a color-coded status indicator for each server. This indicator gives you an at-a-glance view of whether your AI agent is running normally, being set up, experiencing problems, or intentionally stopped.

Offline
Green dot + "Online"
Everything is working as expected. Your server is healthy and your agent is accepting and responding to messages. No action is needed. Keep an eye on your metrics dashboard to make sure resource usage stays within healthy ranges.
Yellow dot + "Provisioning"
Your server is being set up for the first time. During this phase, the system installs the operating system, configures security, installs OpenClaw, and sets up networking. This typically takes about 5 minutes. You can watch the progress in real time from your dashboard. Do not attempt to interact with the server until provisioning completes.
Red dot + "Error"
Something has gone wrong. Your agent may be unreachable or the OpenClaw process may have crashed. Common causes include running out of memory, a network issue, or a failed update. When you see a red status, check the Server Details page for more information. Most issues resolve with a simple reboot from the dashboard.
Gray dot + "Offline"
Your server has been intentionally stopped. This can happen if you manually stopped it, if your subscription ended, or if the system stopped it due to a billing issue. To resume, make sure your subscription is active and click the restart button in your dashboard.
Tip
If your server shows red, check the Server Details page first. Most issues resolve with a simple reboot.
Note
If the error persists after a reboot, download a diagnostic bundle and contact support. See Diagnostic Bundle for instructions.
If your agent is not responding despite a green status, see Agent Not Responding or Server Offline.
