Sales chatbot
The sales chatbot appears as a floating chat bubble on every page of the OneClickClaw website. You do not need an account to use it. It can help you with:

Support chatbot
The support chatbot is available to all subscribers with 25 AI credits per month. It appears as a floating bubble on the Support page and can help with:
- Server status and health troubleshooting
- OpenClaw configuration (providers, channels, prompts)
- Billing and subscription questions
- Channel setup step-by-step (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord)
- API key configuration and rotation
- Payment failure recovery

Every account gets 25 AI chat credits per month. When credits run out, the chatbot switches to our knowledge base. Credits reset on the 1st of each month. You can also get help through support tickets and email.
The support chatbot has access to your account context (subscription plan, active servers) and can provide personalized guidance. It also supports file attachments (images, PDFs, text files up to 5 MB) so you can share screenshots or logs directly in the chat.

- One question at a time: The chatbot handles focused questions better than multi-part requests.
- Use your language: Both chatbots understand and respond in all 24 EU languages.
- Escalate when needed: If the chatbot cannot fully resolve your issue, it will suggest creating a support ticket for human follow-up.
Providing feedback
Each chatbot message has thumbs-up and thumbs-down buttons. Your feedback helps us improve the quality of responses over time. If a response was not helpful, click the thumbs-down button and the chatbot will try a different approach.
Tip
Your chat history is saved in your browser, so you can close the widget and come back to the same conversation later. Starting a new conversation clears the history.
