Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Custom domain support is planned but not available at launch. Your agent operates through messaging channels (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.), which do not require a custom domain. We will announce custom domain support when it becomes available.
What happens if my API key runs out of credits?
Your agent stops responding to messages because it can no longer make calls to the AI provider. Your server stays online and your channels remain connected. To fix this, add credits to your AI provider account (e.g., top up your Anthropic or OpenAI balance). Your agent resumes automatically once the key has available credits again.
Can I have multiple agents on one server?
No. Each OneClickClaw subscription provisions one dedicated VPS with one OpenClaw agent. This ensures your agent has dedicated resources and consistent performance. If you need multiple agents (for example, one for customer support and another for internal use), deploy additional servers with separate subscriptions.
Is there a free trial?
No. OneClickClaw does not offer a free trial. Each subscription provisions a real dedicated VPS with real server costs from the moment you sign up. However, you can cancel anytime with no lock-in or penalties. Your server runs until the end of your current billing period.
What AI models do you support?
OneClickClaw supports 780+ models across 23 AI providers, including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-4o), Google (Gemini), Meta (Llama), Mistral, Cohere, and many more through OpenRouter. There are no model restrictions or allowlists. You can use any model your API key has access to.
Where are the servers located?
All servers are located in Denmark (EU), operated by our infrastructure partner Webdock. This ensures your data stays within EU jurisdiction and is subject to EU data protection laws (GDPR).
Can I access my server via SSH?
No. OneClickClaw is a fully managed service. Direct SSH access is not provided because the server is configured and maintained automatically by our platform. This design ensures security, stability, and consistent updates. You manage everything through the dashboard and Agent Panel.

If you need data from the server for troubleshooting, use the Diagnostic Bundle feature in your dashboard. It packages server logs and configuration into a downloadable file.
How do I export my data?
You can export your data in two ways:
- Diagnostic bundle: Download from your dashboard. Includes server configuration, agent settings, and recent logs.
- Account information: Your name, email, and billing history are visible in your Settings page. For a complete data export in a portable format, contact our support team.

What if Webdock goes down?
Webdock is our infrastructure partner that operates the physical servers. In the rare event of a Webdock datacenter issue, your agent may become temporarily unavailable. We monitor all servers 24/7 and are notified immediately of any infrastructure problems. Automatic failover is planned for a future release. In the meantime, our team works directly with Webdock to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Can I change my server name?
Yes. You can change your server's display name from your dashboard settings. The name change is cosmetic and does not affect your server's operation, channels, or configuration.
Do you support LINE, WeChat, or other messaging platforms?
OpenClaw (the AI engine that powers your agent) supports 22+ messaging channels, including LINE, WeChat, Messenger, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and many more. If you want to connect a channel that is not listed in your Agent Panel, contact our support team and we will help you set it up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and SEPA direct debit through our payment processor Stripe. All payments are processed securely, and we never see or store your card details.
Can I pause my subscription?
No. OneClickClaw does not offer subscription pausing because each subscription maintains a live, running server. You can cancel at any time, and your server continues running until the end of your current billing period. If you want to resume later, you deploy a new server with a new subscription.
Tip
If you are considering cancelling temporarily, remember that you lose your server configuration and channel connections. Download a diagnostic bundle before cancelling so you have a record of your setup.
How fast is the AI response?
Response speed depends on three factors: your chosen AI model, your AI provider's current load, and the complexity of the message. Typically, responses arrive within 1-5 seconds. Smaller models (like Claude Haiku or GPT-4o-mini) respond faster than larger models (like Claude Opus or GPT-4). Complex queries with tool use or code generation take longer.
Do you offer refunds?
No. OneClickClaw has a no-refund policy. Each subscription immediately provisions a dedicated VPS with real infrastructure costs. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and your server continues running until the end of your current billing period.
